My name is Lucretia Barrera,  My family and I live in Rockford, IL with our dog, Pinky and cat, Lily. When we are not working you will find us keeping ourselves busy outside. We love biking, camping, hiking, swimming...pretty much anything outdoors :) I also work for a non-for-profit managed care organization. 
Reiki by La La started as a vision many years ago with just the idea of having a holistic practice. 
I have been involved with holistic/alternative healthcare for the last 10 years starting in a Chiropractic office, that also offered Massage and Acupuncture. Through the years and my experiences over the last 10 years I have also worked for facilities that have offered aroma therapy as well as natural supplement nutrition. Eventually Reiki was thrown into my lap and seeing first hand what other natural holistic therapies could do I figured why not!
Was I in for a treat! Many health issues I had been dealing with for 4+ years started dissipating or subsiding. Emotional I also felt better than I can even remember! After reaping the benefits I kept thinking why doesn't everyone do this? I tried looking online and found that not many people offer Reiki or if they do it just wasn't feasible.
